「We had an early morning flight, so we opted to stay in Detroit and dine at the hotel. The hotel’s a cool remodeled fire house and bank , the location was conveniently situated just off the highway. The staff was exceptional, and the food was really good. What more could I possibly want?! Additionally, as a platinum member at Expedia , I was pleasantly surprised to receive a room upgrade, which was greatly appreciated.」

「The A/C was broken, did not function at all; the shower door has high pitch squeaking sound every time i closed it. Everything else is good.」

「Air conditioning was not working it was between 79 and 83 degrees in our room. They came in to fix it and it was not fixed we called back several hours later they said they would send someone up and the y never did. Our room was dirty and the bathroom was a 3/10 for cleanliness I took photos I emailed hotel management and have not heard back. I would not stay again」

「This hotel was only convenient for attending the concert. The hallways were dirty, and the breakfast options were limited to bagels, pancakes, or bread. Dogs were allowed, but the doors had to be slammed when exiting the rooms, which disturbed my sleep. The exterior was littered with garbage, and the parking lot was in disarray. There were bugs crawling in the rooms, and the ceiling was leaking. They need some upgrades to their establishment. It also seems as they don’t have the staff to keep it...
