「Check in was easy & we were shown our room & where everything was. We were asked what we wanted for breakfast & what time. The breakfast was very good & prompt including toast & either tea or coffee. The location is very central & within walking distance & has a car park which made things easier. The only downside which was beyond their control was the 17 weeks of roadworks nearby which confused the sat nav. Definitely would use again. 「Clean room, plenty of easy on site parking, lovely efficient friendly lady on the reception. Do not pay for your parking on hotel.com, as I did, as I had to pay again at the venue. The receptionist explained that hotel.com do not have the facility to pay the private parking company, and I had to request a refund (from hotel.com). The receptionist advised me to always pay for the parking at the actual hotel.」

「Clean and tidy rooms, very spacious with great pillows and a very comfortable bed. The large smart TV was an added welcome bonus. Our rom location meant we could hear loud noise coming from outside the building, but you could hardly hear it if the windows were shut. Staff seemed friendly and were able to accommodate our early check in. 8/10」
