「Staff was great. Room sink didn't drain hardly at all. Pretty limited on bath towels for a 2 night stay. Overall not bad.」

The bed was very comfortable, making for a good night’s sleep. Breakfast offered a nice variety of options to start the day. Overall, we had an excellent stay and would definitely stay here again.」

「Very comfortable room and nice hotel . My only complaint is about Expedia! It’s impossible to have a live conversation if you have to make an adjustment to the reservation. The only option is a AI chatbot or a Chat with an agent after working your way through the Chatbot . Better to book directly with Holiday Inn Express. Even then, I couldn’t talk directly to the Hotel and could only talk to the corporate customer service representatives. But at least I could have a real conversation with them.」

She kept going above and beyond to ask if we had everything we need or if there was anything she could do to make our stay even better. We feel so appreciative of such a wonderful experience and will definitely be returning soon, as we now have a perfect place to stay while visiting the beaches in Sheboygan.」
