"The property itself was excellent — spacious, comfortable, and with a beautiful view. However, the breakfast was quite disappointing. For such a large hotel, the selection was very limited, and there was often no seating available if you arrived after 9:00 am. Guests were also expected to clear their own plates, which felt unusual for a hotel of this size. The beverage options were particularly poor, with only black coffee available and no tea selection, not even basic black tea. While the accommodation was good, the breakfast experience did not reflect the overall standard of the hotel."

"Staff were friendly and professional. Room was clean and the perfect space for our family of four. Location was with 5 minutes of two train stations making travel very easy and even though the tracks were right outside, the noise from the trains passing was barely noticeable. Having laundry in room was great, but remember to follow the load size guide if you ever want your clothes to dry. Loved having a kitchenette for coffee and breakfast in the mornings. There is also a 7-11 within 5 minutes walk which we spent way too much time at. Would definitely stay here again."

"Some of the glasses are actually acrylic, not true glass, such as the tumblers in the room. The soaps in the public restrooms are somewhat bulk products. These make me feel like staying cheap hotel. Other than these awkward amenities, everything was good. Oh, I recommend staying open the bar until midnight, not 9:30."
