"The first night was not good. The AC would rattle badly when shutting down. In the morning I asked for it to be repaired prior to night time. Hope and the gentleman asked if I would like to move. I asked for a 4th floor room and they found one. It really impressed me that Hope went to the room and made sure the AC was working properly!! I'm a retired 61 year old jarhead, I was glad to see younger employees going above and beyond to make sure things were right with the product they were offering.
