The staff was friendly and helpful. Very polite. Decor is old, but having a kitchen, bedroom and living area was nice for an in-between house and apartment.

Exceptional Guest Service!!!!

Checking in I was overwhelmed from a terrible experience at a different hotel and Ruby & Matt checked me in with exceptional customer service with understanding and considerate of my frustration. I felt so at ease and supported with all the personal problems I was encountering i extended my stay for 3 extra days because of there great acts of kindness. I will be back again for another stay with this location. I think I found my escape resting place away from home! Thank you all for a wonderful experience it is greatly appreciated.

Stayed here a few times when I come to town this was probably the worst service I’ve received. Usually they’re usually around eight or nine rating today was a 5 1/2. The building is under construction and some of the furniture in the rooms were already damaged. The place was just as quiet and peaceful though.

Needed more attention to cleaning.

Room wasn’t ready at 3:00 but that was okay we had a tournament to attend and would be back at 9:00. Hallway floor to room was dirty. Needed moppping. Room looked clean. Bed and linen clean but linen felt kind of scratchy. Chairs dirty. Fold out couch/bed linen did not looked like it was replaced in awhile. Feared bedbugs. Dusty, food crumbs, hair ties, hair brush, face mask and maybe a doll’s dress. The front desk gave me some clean linen to replace.

Terrible place to stay!! It’s a homeless galore and full of drug usage/selling/buying! Do not stay here if you have kids or pets! Lots of safety hazard and not enough security or cleanliness around the property. Stay away from this if you care about your safety!
