「The stay was great, but they put up a lot of resistance to early checkin. I was looking to get into the room at 2pm and their normal checkin time is 3pm. When I arrived there was only one other car in their parking lot and that night the place was not busy. They could have just let me check in an hour early. Should not have been a difficult request. 「We were in town for the Yacht Club Festival and the Hyatt was perfect for our stay. The room was spacious and comfortable; the windows were huge with a view out over the river but had excellent curtains to block out the light of the city. We were in and out several times to visit parks and attractions around the city and it was quick and easy to text valet and retrieve our car. It was a quick, safe walk to the festival grounds. I would definitely book here again. 」

「We stayed in a suite on the 6th floor and it was gorgeous, clean and extremely comfortable with a lovely sitting room adjacent to the bedroom. We had beautiful views and pretty windows. Loved our stay! 」

「Great hotel, great location, and wonderful staff all around. We were greeted kindly at check-in and received a complementary breakfast as it was my birthday. The check-in staff was extremely friendly. Our server the next morning at breakfast was also extremely nice and went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. Definitely would recommend this hotel and will stay again if in the area.」
