「The clerks lies about the booking capability and they said the tommy would be ready by 3pm, then later on said there was no room any more. Finally, I had to stay at the other hotel. That was horrible and clerks were poorly trained.」

「The outdoor public sports facilities are very good, there are basketball courts, tennis courts, swimming pools, the surrounding environment of the cabins is very bad, the greening is not good, the vegetation is bare loess, the slopes of the paths are very steep, and it is difficult for the elderly to walk.」

Management could work on communication and professionalism in communicating upon arrival regarding deposit. A little smile and good polite customer service goes a long way. 」
