「This spot is extremely deceiving on the listing, yes it is on the less expensive end but for starters it is extremely dirty. the sheets had weird yellow stains, the sinks were horrible and uncleaned, along with a horrible rotten egg smell coming from the bathroom sink. the bathroom sink is basically in the bathtub that is also the shower which isn’t a shower head it’s a hose. another thing that wasn’t listed was the fact that you have to take an extremely tall flight of stairs after opening the...

「Great place near Shibuya- lots of activities around.」

「Great hotel! Will definitely visit again.」

「Being a member of the hotel group, I’ve been staying in this hotel for more than 20 years during my visit in Shinjuku area. Cost me more than 90,000 yen for 2 nights and being allocated to a single room on 3/F. The only view from my room was the external concrete wall of a building in front. When asking for extension of check-out time at the counter, the serving staff (from other country) was not very helpful like those Japanese staff before.」
