They then showed me around and proceeded to assist with carrying luggage up the stairs to my room, above and beyond customer service - as with everywhere in Japan. "The women’s onsen was perfect! Water temp perfect, amenities in the bath were plentiful and very nice. I did see some of the ladies having trouble with the hairdryers, but mine worked fine. I enjoyed the sauna too. Not a steam sauna, but nice and hot."

"Hôtel is very well located, near to the JR Kanazawa Station, many shopping and eateries nearby. The hotel has a special touch by offering in-house guests « happy hour » from 11am - 8pm. The amenities offered at lobby was sufficient but not as extensive as some other hotels I have been in Japan. The room I stayed in was super spacious and well equipped for 2 persons. "
