This hotel was located on a quiet street perfectly between Kanazawa train station and the main tourist attractions. Hotel quality of service was exceptional and staff were friendly and accomodating. Breakfast was delicious, with a different menu rotation everyday.
Honestly one of our favourites to stay in Japan. So beautiful clean rooms, staff so friendly and location convenient within walking distance to the sights. Would absolutely book here again.
This was our favorite hotel from our entire trip to Japan. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Yuki (I hope I’m spelling his name correctly). The rooms were beautiful, and to top it all off, the hotel offered delicious complimentary udon noodles every night. They even sent us off with sweets to take to our next destination, which was such a thoughtful touch. An excellent experience overall. We absolutely loved Kanazawa.
We had a wonderful time at this hotel! The location is great, the atmosphere of the room and common spaces is very nice, but above all the staff is truly amazing. They really made us feel valued and special, every little detail is worth a 5 star hotel. We got a personalized little gift bag at the end of our stay that really was a nice touch.
On top of that, we got a very nice welcome snack, there are complimentary drinks in the fridge that is refilled every day and also complimentary udon in the evening, so food-wise the hotel also sets the bar quite high. We also booked the additional Japanese breakfast that was very good.
We will be happy to return to this hotel if we come back to Kanazawa and will be happy to recommend it to our friends too !
Beautiful boutique hotel with lovely finishing and fittings. Free mini bar, drinks in the lobby and noodles at night were all wonderful. Staff very friendly and helpful. I would come again.
Staff is incredible, very welcoming and accommodating! The property is immaculately clean and beautiful. Every single detail was though of and there were so many goodies to make the stay even better. The location is easily walkable and extremely quiet at night. This is in my top 5 hotels I’ve ever stayed in ever and I do travel international and in the United States often. Highly recommend!
Very nice hotel in a great location. Five min walk to the local market, fifteen minutes to the Kanazawa castle. The Japanese breakfast provided was delicious. Very clean and comfortable rooms. With a bar fridge stocked with some complimentary drinks
Public parking is just around the corner. So no problem if you have a vehicle
This is a lovely small hotel on a quiet street conveniently located very close to the wonderful covered market . There are a number of small friendly "mom and pop" 'stores and restaurants nearby. The hotel staff was attentive and welcoming. We liked the tea and coffee and juice bars available, and the ramen in the evenings. The room was small but comfortable and there was a terrific shower with special ventilation available for a clothes drying option. The breakfast was plentiful and beautifully prepared, but be aware that the only offering is a (deliciou)fixed set of Japanese foods-- no western breakfast.
This place was very special. So many Attention to details and the staff were amazing. Traditional breakfast was delicious. I highly recommend this hotel. Would definitely stay here again!
Hotel Kanazawa Zoushi is an excellent option when staying in Kanazawa. It is centrally located (15 min walk from train station) and was such a peaceful hotel. From the moment you walk in and are greeted and served a local delicacy during the check in process, to the nightly bath salts, drinks both in the lobby and the room, the entire stay was unforgettable. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel or stay here again!
This hotel experience was the best on our trip. The attention to detail really set the atmosphere of the hotel. The staff were amazing and very friendly. The room was beautiful and the bathroom was very well designed. They offered bath salts each night as well as free dango and udon. Overall I would highly recommend this location.
