"Lovely setting and hotel beautiful but needing attention to some areas. Staff not that helpful except for in the bar and restaurant where they were very nice. Bedroom well appointed but had to make up sofa bed ourselves which was a surprise for an expensive hotel. Outdoor pool lovely, indoor spa facilities limited. Gym ok."

"Terrible place, area is bad, mold on the ceiling, homeless sit outside. It’s a scary place. The women that work there were kind. The man was rude "

"Kind of a rundown place. Needs a facelift. Staff very nice tho. Mini frig did not work. Had to toss out perfectly good food. Lge gap underneath the door. Afraid of insects coming in. Not sure if I would stay here again. "

"I show up at check in time. They tell me the rooms are not ready yet. I ask the receptionist if they have a Walmart or Target near by, which she informs me that there was. I go to Walmart and return approximately 30 to 40 minutes later, and there Was two families ahead of me and still no rooms. I had already been on the road for a while so I was frustrated. I ended up just making the rest of the trip home."
