"Our family of 7 stayed and we felt very comfortable in a large room that had 2 queen beds, a sofa bed and an additional rollaway bed we requested. The kids enjoyed the pool and the breakfast buffet was very good. Freshly made pancakes, omelettes, breakfast potatos, sausages, cereals, toasts, pastries, yogurts, drinks of all kinds. What stood out more than anything was how friendly all the staff were. Thank you for such a great stay! "

"We had to leave the pool area because the chlorine was so strong the kids began coughing uncontrollably and our eyes were burning. Every person in the pool area was complaining of their eyes burning, even if they were not in the water. The hot tub was foamy with scum and dirt in the foam that I did not notice until I was already in. When I got out of the hot tub I had a dirt ring around my body at water level. Our room had filth all over the walls and surfaces, everything was out of date and falling apart, the handle even fell off in the shower. There were toys, food, dirty silverware, and more in the couch and it was apparent that the pull out beds in the couch were never checked to be cleaned. Garbage and dirty towels lined the hallways, some of it was there for our entire 3 day stay. The furniture in our room was outdated and worn out, and was mismatched. Our refrigerator was missing racks and the makeshift “shelf” that held the refrigerator in place was crooked and the fridge seemed to be falling. The TV in the room states that housekeeping is a daily service, yet we never seen them during our stay, our garbage was overflowing and we had to use makeshift garbage cans. We requested additional towels as we had a suite with 6 people in it and were only provided 4 towels, and it took several hours and a follow up request to receive them. As far as the breakfast that was included there are a lot of choices, but but everything was empty and not refilled in a timely manner. "

"The front desk canceled my reservation that I had prepaid 25 minutes before my arrival. I was in town for my uncle’s funeral. They said some rooms were “out of order.” The made no attempts to put me in a different Hotel. The fire alarm was going off when I called the hotel about a refund. They made me do the leg work of contacting Expedia for a refund. Along with that I had to find a hotel at last minute. I wouldnt recommend going to a hotel that doesn’t properly maintain the rooms, Leaves the traveler stranded. They were not emphatic. Basically treated my situation as my problem. No ownership, no accountability. "

"The breakfast was lack luster. I can’t say the food was at least warm. The elevator seems to be magically out of order every time I stay there. Guests smoke a lot of marijuana. So if you like cold food, walking up and down stairs and the smell of pot. This place is for you."

"Front desk was amazing. Super friendly! Very helpful. The room was not clean. There were still crumbs on the floor, the bathtub was dirty, stained. There was still trash in one of the trash cans. The ac unit did NOT work. We went to the front desk to ask for another room…that same front desk staff seemed a bit annoyed then. She changed our room though. It was “cleaner”, the ac worked, all the trash had been emptied. However, the refrigerator didn’t work, the tv wouldn’t turn off so we had to unplug it, a the shower had hair left in it. It seems as though they are trying to upgrade the hotel. The smell of paint was overly strong. They were drywall pieces all over the floor in the ice/vending area. Overall, I wouldn’t say here again…but the bed was super comfortable!"
