It was their first day just opening and it was beautiful! Front desk lady was so nice and everything was nice and clean, rooms were spacious and so updated it was a gorgeous hotel all around, I highly recommend!

Very horrible experience me and my girlfiend stayed here and got harassed by little boys who they let check in under the age of 21. Followed us to our room and harassed us all night. When we contacted front desk about it they did nothing but say “Boys will be boys “

Great hotel!

Better than we expected. We stayed 5 nights. Two comfy queen beds in separate room from family room/kitchen. We could put our kids to bed and spend time watching tv while they slept. Full kitchen was nice and had everything we needed. Breakfast had lots of choices so everyone in our family was happy and the staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. We would absolutely stay there again next time we travel to oregon.

I gave the rating of 2 because the staff were not very helpful. The pool was not available even though it was supposed to be. Housekeeping don’t make beds or do anything to the rooms for service, they only drop off towels and leave. I asked for an extra skillet and was told one would be bought up to my room after waiting 5 hours I called back down to the desk only to be told that they don’t provide any extra dishes.

Great stay for the crappy reason we had 2 be there

Unfortunately, we had to stay at a hotel because of the major storm we had here in Michigan. Power outages, huge downed trees everywhere and live wires in our backyard. So this wasn’t a vacation. But this hotel gave us the comfort of home. It was cozy and clean and had the necessities we needed. It was in a good location for us to grab food or grab groceries if we wanted to cook. The staff were amazing! They were polite, professional and made sure we had everything we needed. If we ever have to leave our home because of another storm, we’ll definitely be staying here.

Our room was clean & comfy, but we requested servicing for our room which we didn't get until Tuesday (after asking again on Monday. We checked in on Friday, finally got service Tuesday.) We ran out of towels & toilet paper. The hallways had the same little bits of trash, paper, & even a dime from when we checked in Friday until Tuesday when it was finally cleaned. We love staying at Marriott properties, but this one fell a little short in the housekeeping department. Aside from that, the employees were wonderful! Our room was great, breakfast was good.

The customer service was great!! We were greeted with smiles and really felt at home. The breakfast was great and the young man over breakfast area was very friendly and helpful. He would get a 10! Our stay was wonderful. Now to the disappointments: The shower had some mold along the bottom around the glass. Also, I was disappointed that we had to be split up into two studio rooms instead of the suite I reserved. However, Management did apologize and did their best to accommodate us and place rooms as close as they could. I would definitely stay here again. Just ask for a room on the frontside because you hear the interstate all night long on the backside!!

Great staff, not so nice customers

Residence in was great. It was easy driving to and from Detroit downtown and having a TV with netflix and cable to watch shows and football games, a mini kitchen for comfort and a clean bed and bathroom was great as well as a dimple tart breakfast. However, I paid $100 for our quiet, full trained, 14 year old, docile husky. During our last breakfast, an older couple screamed at our dog "get out of here" and then just kept staring at us!! It made me very uncomfortable and we all got up and left because they kept looking at us. I think they were with their grand kids who, even as children, didn't stare and didn't seem to have a problem at all. We are leaving today so I didn't ask the front desk to do anything but I did tell the gentleman who was working and pointed them out and he asked for my room no. maybe to document it or something. But if we were to stay overnight and that happened, I would've asked the staff to talk to the older, extraordinarily rude couple and to respect our boundaries especially without any legitimate cause. Our husky was sitting and hardly in their line of vision.
