「I surprised my wife with the booking as we were both off work to celebrate my birthday. She was impressed so much so she wants to go back next year in the summer. On the last day however, we were served by a young man who didn’t seem to like my wife’s order and had a terrible attitude towards us but thankfully we were leaving afterwards. 」

The staff were welcoming, helpful and friendly from the check-in to our departure. The hotel was clean and modern with comfortable rooms. The breakfast was Plentiful and filling in a very welcoming dining area. A lovely stay with friendly and helpful staff. Will definately stay again. 」

「The whole experience was excellent, being disabled makes it difficult to find the right room but at The Leonardo Hotel in Plymouth everyone was extremely helpful, kind and friendly, nothing is too much trouble.
