「Staff was difficult to communicate with on check in. The space was booked last minute due to a last minute cancellation of our previous space. The staff was hard to reach and extremely rude about how last minute our reservation was. If you can’t accommodate a last minute reservation, don’t accept them. 「‼️HORRIBLE‼️ Once we booked the apartment they ask you for a $ deposit the same day you are supposed to check in and they make you send it through zelle/cashapp which is very unsafe and unprofessional and no way of us knowing our money will be refunded. They also make you pay for 20$ parking for each day you stay if not your car will be towed.
