「We had a great stay! The room was clean and comfortable. The only issue with the room was the sink drained super slow and the toilet flushed slow. We called maintenance and the toilet was fixed but still flushed a bit weird. The breakfast was delicious, staff was friendly, pool & hot tub were fun. Also, the ice machines on floors 4 and 5 didn't work, so we had to go to floor 3 to get ice. Not a huge deal, but worth mentioning as we were on floor 5.」

「Great hotel, in my opinion I give it a five star level, friendly and helpful front desk, clean room, comfortable bed, free laundry, good breakfast, 5 mins walk to the convention center, 10 mins walk to the 16th street mall, 15 mins walk to the union station! 」
