"Awesome!!! Clean, free nightly food and drinks are amazing, hot tub was hot and bubbly, rooms had a nice sized tv in it. Very clean, bed comfy, lots of room. Free parking which is hard to find in the Charlotte area. Will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend."

"Property was beautiful and well kept, like other sheraton properties I have stayed in. Staff was friendly and it felt safe and clean. The only issues I had, was the spectrum service in my room. It didn't work and the walls were very thin. I could hear the man coughing all night in the roommate to mine and could hear a dog barking in the middle of the night. Other than those 2 things, it was a great stay"

"We paid £500 for two days of waterpark and a room for a night, fo myself and my son. We got there no room availible to check in, so had to leave all oir belongings in the open. We stayed for 4 hrs as my son could see past the cleanliness, then left. I mentioned it to staff, but they just appeared happy to take our money. I basically paid £500 to spend 4hrs in a dirty, over crowded waterpark. Terrible experiance, and aligns with most peoplea views who have attended the park. This is on Expedia also, you should not be dealing with buisness this bad. "
