Parking was easy, staff were friendly, room service only included changing out towels/rags, they do not change bedding for 2 night stay. Water was really cold and took 5 mins or so to warm… pillows were comfy. We sweated both nights. Room did not cool good.

Holiday Inn Express Helen by IHG
The beds need to have pillow top mattresses or different mattress. It was awfully uncomfortable. The pool was nice. The breakfast was great. Just the beds were rough on our backs and the pillows.
