「The room is clean and comfortable. I must mention and thank the counter. In the early morning, the shuttle bus was full and we were staying outside waiting for next one (next arrival after 30 minutes), so the counter came automatically to us and offered to order taxi for us by their account. Highly appreciate by this touching behavior and hotel service!」

「The hotel is tidy, clean and location is easy to access. Its just 3-5mins walk to tram and metro station. The only disadvantage is the charger in room is not enough, no usb charger, and ensure you bring adaptor or you have to purchase an adopt to charge for all your electricity devices.」

「The location is good which is near to merto station and easy to reach Amsterdam Centraal .The room is clean and tidy. Just some of free items like tea bag, coffee capsule are not refill daily.
