「总体来说这是一家不错的家庭旅馆，老板员工比较客气，但是我们入住时遇到了小小的不愉快，我们预订了2间双人间及1间三人间各2天，结果到达时酒店说网站只预订了各一间，另外一间只能安排到其他宾馆，电话30多分钟与网站沟通的结果依然如此，不知道是网站的原因还是酒店的原因。」

「酒店位於Lauterbrunnen站附近，坐火車停站前已經可以望到。走路大約5-10分鐘路程,有斜路、樓梯，但也算輕鬆。酒店職員友善，英文不錯！我的是山景房間，雪景很美。旁邊是到Mürren 的cable car ，上到去可以看到007的取景場地雪朗峰。雖然旁邊是纜車站，但噪音也不大，關了窗就沒有聲音。」

「We arrived a bit early before normal check-in time but the staff allowed us to early check-in so that we can get some rest after flying long distance. 5/F has a small gym for work out. 」

「The hotel is right by the bus stop Jungfraustrasse, you can easily walk to Interlaken West train station—superb convenient. Tbh we booked this hotel last minute so it may be expensive, but the staff were really friendly and helpful. The hotel room only had triple type J sockets, and none of my adapters fit! Fortunately, the staff quickly brought us adaptors, which was awesome.」

「我們三位成人住家庭房，有一張雙人床，兩張雙人壘床，可住六人。家人房位置在大路傍，打開窗便是街道，缺乏私穩。浴室空間也有限。此外，一齊都滿意，免費泊車，早歺好味，員工服務親切。」

「是一個很溫馨的木屋飯店，沒有空調，室內會有些悶。可以開門，但是沒有紗窗，會有蚊子飛進來。室外有小庭院，外面可以看到山景。早餐有現煎的Omelette，對於需要熱食胃的人來說很適合。有三溫暖但是不像日本男女分開，這裡是男女共用的，所以我們沒有用到這個設施。地點來說離公車站不遠，很方便。」

「5 Star rating from our family of 5! This was one of our favorites from the 4 countries we toured. Everyone from checkin, to daycare, to the bar and restaurant were super welcoming, outstanding service. The bar food and drinks were a favorite. Danai at the kids club was the best with kids- she was amazing! A real resort with sports club perks and ski in and out proximity and ice skating. We did not want to leave!」

Western castle style 5 stars hotel, staff perfectly nice and helpful. Not air- conditioned is the only consideration, a bit hot during summer time.」
