「The staff was very friendly and willing to help out. The room was clean and had an excellent view. I would highly recommend this place」

「It’s very clear that the hotel’s primary focus is to make guests feel as relaxed and as comfortable as possible, and they succeed on all fronts. The lakefront view is so worth it. It’s an experience I don’t think I would’ve been able to get elsewhere. It’s calm, quiet and allows you to slow down and really take in the lake’s serenity, rather than it feeling like a brief stop on a tour. The building is great. The food was great. The staff were helpful and kind. The location is easily...

「Very nice view everywhere in the small town. Many choices of restaurants and activities nearby. Supermarkets, souvenir shops, train terminal within walking distance. Western castle style 5 stars hotel, staff perfectly nice and helpful. Not air- conditioned is the only consideration, a bit hot during summer time.」

「Staff are very nice. The room is clean and tidy but the ventilation is not that good because there is no air-con.」

「Easy parking, nice & clean room, great & helpful staff.」

「I arrived on a Monday evening, and the only manager/owner was busy with a private event. No one was at the reception, and whenever I needed to pick up my key, asking for kettle, trying to fix wifi, I needed to walk across the building and fetched her at the restaurant. What’s worse was the grocery was also closed and there were no other restaurants nearby. I had to eat little food I brought with me to make through the night. The annex was not equipped with ac, and there is not bug net on the...

「I’d like to give an extra star to the team who prepared an early breakfast just for us, as we had to leave before the usual breakfast time. Everything about this hotel is pleasant and comfortable. The restaurant offers excellent food and local wines, and we truly enjoyed our stay here. A big thank‑you to the whole team!」

「Mountain views excellent with huge Double Balcony, so enjoy stay there with fun in Kids snow garden...」
