「This should be a marquee hotel with its history and design. But it's a very tired property being sweated by owners for the last bit of value. Hotel's business is mainly coach parties, so the few rack-rate customers like us feel marginalised. Seriously understaffed to serve and clean up after 3 coach parties at breakfast. Cleaning of the public areas is skimpy. Maintenance likewise. Barely adequate overall for £140/night at end of Sept. For the record, I think I should have spent a little...

「Impressive ! Phone line reachable & able to help bçs my flight delay 9hrs. Driving 270Km, I was 5min late, staff no complaint even they said wait me till 11:00pm ! Spaces room. Grand hotel inside both paintings, furniture with good match. Like stay at a small castle. Traditional Scottish restaurant, cosy, good food. Friendly greeting staffs. Big laund in front ... so good!」

「我的小女兒說在睡覺時有一隻大狗狗來找她玩，退房時我再帶我小女兒去看green lady的畫，小女兒說就是那隻狗狗跟圖中那顆球球」

「It is a functional hotel. I cannot comment on the food as having arrived at about 7.30pm and checked I could still get dinner, When I took a seat and ordered a drink just before 8pm, I was told the chef had to leave early so no food would be available. I was told where else might be serving food and left to it.」

「It was expensive for what it is !」

「Absolutely wonderful stay! The breakfast was delicious, the room was very comfortable and even had a lovely bath. The farmhouse itself is beautiful and full of charm, with a peaceful atmosphere. The host was incredibly kind, spoke Spanish, and made us feel right at home. We also loved meeting the adorable dogs! A perfect place to relax and explore the nearby coastal towns. Highly recommended.」

「Nothing to dislike....Clean room...very clean bathroom & towels .. great food & Very helpful staff...shall certainly stay again... would recommend to anyone」

「很棒的區域，有很美麗的建築外觀與河景，但畢竟是老房子，暖氣設施應該更加強，這次的住宿差點把我冷死，不過最令我感到不舒服的是，房間地板有點傾斜，可能跟房子老舊有關吧！」

「Clean room, quiet location, delicious breakfast. Lovely bar. Beautiful views. I would recommend.」

「Our experience at the Royal Guest House in Dingwall was disappointing. The rooms themselves were acceptable, but the overall organisation was poor. When we arrived, we were given keys to two rooms, only to discover that one of them had not been cleaned. We had to return to reception to get another room key, and unfortunately, there was no apology or acknowledgement of the inconvenience. To make matters worse, there was no hot water in our room. We were told to use the shower in another room...
