「Upon arrival I went to check in and was told the room I booked and paid for was not available as there were “no king bed rooms on the first floor” so I was given a different room of two double beds instead. 「With a reservation number, we were not allowed to stay due to the front desk said they were having an IT problem with their computers. Claimed they could not allow us entry to our reserved room without the computers being able to print out the room keys. By 9:30pm, I finally gave up on the room and had to find a last minute place to stay. Costed us $ 100 more than expected in another Hotel.
