"We have stayed here before but this time was particularly disappointing. The bathroom door didn’t close properly and looked like someone peed on it. The television didn’t work and when I went downstairs to talk to the front desk, because the phone in the room was just for show and couldn’t actually plug in anywhere, I was told to try to reset the tv, if it was one that could be reset, otherwise there was nothing they could do. And when I mentioned that I came down due to the phone situation, that I couldn’t call the front desk from the room, I was told to plug the phone in, which I would have done had there been anyway to do so. Very disappointed "

"Very nice hotel/ resort. You definitely get your moneys worth. It also has high security as well. Room was really nice the only thing was there was a couple strands of hair in the shower before we used it which was kinda gross but otherwise great stay!"

"Booked a 3 night stay Staff friendly and professional Oceanfront view great but... Room and property was not as pictured or described checked out as soon as I checked checked in was still charged a fee for canceling on day of check in! Definitely recommend pulling up Google maps and researching to anyone looking to stay in myrtle Beach area 😀"
