「Charming place for dog lovers in a great location in Newport. Short walk down to waterfront, a block from a large park, convenient to many mansions and other attractions. Each room is well equipped and decorated for both people and pups. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Off season rates are quite a bargain given excellent breakfast and no pet surcharges. Note that there are somewhat steep stairs, e.g., up to main entrance and down to breakfast area. Room 6 was large with separate living area...

「The property consists of two rental units but this fact is not obvious from the pictures on the website. We did not get the rooftop deck with a view of the harbor. That belongs to the other unit. The sewer pipes are enclosed in the paper-thin walls of the first floor bedroom of our unit so every time someone flushes the toilet, uses the sink, takes a shower, you can hear water flowing through the pipes followed by loud clanging sound. Along with the loud music, people talking, chairs scraping...

「Crows Nest was right in Bohens wharf which made it very walkable and easy to get around. Upon arrival, we had some miscommunication with keys/ room assignments. However, that was fix very fast and the staff was very pleasant and helpful! Over all this is a very nice place to stay for a short trip in Newport (2-3 nights).」
