Room was decent - outdated but clean. Location was amazing, right in town and close to everything. We had a 6 month old with us and staff was extremely accommodating. Breakfast was okay, nothing amazing but standard

I really enjoyed staying here, it really matches the charm of historic Newport (I assume this building is quite old). The bed was comfortable, the room was a reasonable size, and kept very clean. The breakfast was really good, actually it was nice that they had a table of food out basically all the time. The staff were friendly.

Parking was right beside the hotel. Hard to get a spot on a busy weekend though. Get the parking app and it is only $20 per day. Hotel location is right in the hub and everything is walkable.
