「I never do reviews but I have to say this hotel is one of my favorite for my family & I. We stayed only one night but it’d be great for longer stays. From great working air conditioning, comfortable bed, amazing breakfast, welcoming staff , super quick and easy check in and lastly CLEAN. It was an amazing stay, 11AM check out was very convenient for us who made it in late enough time to rest , eat shower and repack. 「After we guaranteed our reservation, we arrived to be told that the hotel was sold out and we needed to find another hotel. The clerk was unprofessional clicking her nails and not bothering to look at us. When I asked why were weren't told after guaranteeing our reservation through Expedia we were told that it was our problem not theirs. We were given 4 names of hotels but no help in securing accommodations. Awful customer service.」
