She helped me with my luggage. I didn't think people still did that. Whoever does the staffing at your hotel deserves a metal, they are hiring and training what the hospitality industry is really all about. A crew like yours doesn't just happen. "The only reason I have a 4 is because I had to pay for the washer and dryer which was inconvenient. I had to leave and get cash and come back. Other than that it's one of the most decent in the area for that price range. I am actually staying there again now. "
