"Excellent customer service"

"Excellent 9.5/10. First of all, location's great & price is pretty good! Just a 5 min walk coming off Canada Line from YVR airport. Room's clean & convenient with a sink. Shared washrooms on the hallway are actually independent ones with doors & locks like the ones in your house. If occupied, one may simple go use the ones on other floors. The cleaning lady & the staff at the counter were extremely friendly & the streets were safe too. IGA, a supermarket chain, is just a 3 min walk away. There are also McDonalds, Popeyes, pizzeria, gelateria & various restaurants nearby. Another train station, Stadium-Chinatown is also nearby if one wishes to go East. Overall, it's a nice place to stay."

"The room was decent but it needs soundproof upgrade as you can see the gaps in the door, so sound leak is frequent. "

"The location and facilities of this hotel are great. The rooms are big enough, and the large windows face to the harbor. It's so beautiful to watch the sunrise in the early morning! "

"No mugs for teethbrushing anre equipped in the room (you can ask for paper cups instead). No disposable slippers are provided. The Waterfront Station is about 10mins walk from the hotel. Your baggages could be temporarily stored at the hotel for no longer than a day."
