The staff were very helpful in detailing how to easily use the local transit, including the Skytrain and bus, to get to attractions. Just left car parked at hotel for free. McDonald’s very nearby for quick breakfast before starting our days. Loved the rubber duckies! Free one in your room and bought a cute mug for $12.

Clean large room with plenty of space to unpack. Includes a duck to keep! 10 mins walk to Gilmore Skytrain. free parking at hotel. Staff recommended Birdie for food, and i would agree. Trees was good for a coffee and pastry . Free coffee etc in lobby of hotel too.

We stayed one night on September 5th. Property is well kept, clean. Room was clean, bathroom clean, bed was comfortable. The two issues that I had: door didn’t shut right, you could clearly see the sun light, the door was kinda warped. It s a motel style so the door open to the outdoors . That means noise come in and cold or heat depending on season. We were lucky it was a nice temperature outside so didn’t effect the temperature in the room. But I can only imagine during the cold winter. There was a coffe maker in the room and 4 cute mugs, spoons but… no coffee . That was a little weird to me. Overall I would stay here again but I would request a room with a door that shuts with no gaps.

It was okay, but for the price we expected more. For almost $400 for one night, there was old noodles and other food on the floor between our beds. There was no cream or sugar for tea or coffee in the room. The staff was friendly but we were pretty disappointed that we didn't get a discount or a different room when it was clearly not cleaned.

We stayed in a double queen bed kitchenette on the third floor with our cat who needed a medical procedure. It was very clean and the room looked like it had been recently updated, except for the kitchenette. It was still functional but could have used a new pan for cooking with. The beds were comfortable and the shower had awesome water pressure. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again.

The room showed wear and tear on the wall paper and the bathroom door, but otherwise great. We liked the crockery and cutlery provided. The aircon was very much appreciated. It worked well but was nice and quiet. The flowers all around the building and in the gardens were beautiful. Location was great for our destination: The PNE.
