"On first glance, the property looked fine. However, it was dirty and noisy. It’s a second floor unit with another property on the third floor; we could hear people in the upstairs and next door units clear into the middle of the night, and there was tremendous noise every time someone used the stairs. The front door had a sketchy lock, and there was a 1.5” gap between the floor and the bottom of the door. None of us slept well the three nights we were there. The floor was so disgustingly dirty...

"Cons: Pictures for this property are out of date. Bush by front door is extremely overgrown and missing paint on front door makes the place look old and sketchy. Upstairs bedrooms got hot, (but we like to sleep in iceboxes to be fair) even at night with temp setting in house at 70*. They do have a box fan in closet- but it's old and not very strong. Wireless Internet is 2/5 at best. Pros: Pool is 5ft deep- very clean and comfortable. Quiet area, easy to get to and walk to the trolly on St....
