"Coup de coeur pour nous. Le personnel est accueillant, gentil et extrêmement serviable. Le service est hors paire. La cours intérieurs ou se trouve la piscine est parfait. L’endroit est calme, on entend les oiseaux chanter ce qui est un gros contraste avec l’environnement extérieur qui est très bruyant. Idéal pour se reposer et se rafraîchir pendant les journées chaudes. La chambre était propre et très bien entretenue. Il y avait une thermopompe qui nous permet d’avoir de l’air frais pour la nuit. La bâtisse est bien insonorisé, nous n’avons presque rien entendu des bruits extérieurs malgré que nous avions une chambre avec fenêtre sur la rue. Nous avons réservé un excursion avec l'hôtel. C'était simple et très bien organisé. Je recommande à tous"

"This property was such an amazing find. While it was centrally located, it was a haven in the hustle and bustle of every day life. The breakfast was extensive and set us up for the day. The staff we encountered were friendly and knowledgeable and alway willing to help. I would throughly recommend this hotel and hope to be back. "

"Cet hôtel possède un beau jardin avec piscine et le personnel qui travaille à la piscine est sympa; ceci dit, les chambres sont défraîchies et devraient bénéficier d’une sérieuse mise à niveau. Dans la chambre qu’on m’avait d’abord assigné, la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas et on n’a pas réussi à réparer. Dans la 2e ça fonctionnait mais noter qu’on ne trouve dans les chambres ni bouilloire, ni tasse, ni bouteille d’eau. (Choses pratiquement devenues standard partout). Dans la salle de bain, le séchoir était manquant dans l’espace prévu et le cordon coupé. La toilette fuyait et on entendait l’eau dégoutter à tout moment (j’ai dû garder la porte de la SdB fermée la nuit. Dans la chambre aucune lampe ni autre éclairage près du lit!? Le personnel au comptoir de la réception et à la salle à manger font de leur mieux mais ont oublié depuis longtemps que dans le domaine hôtelier le sourire est de mise. Si vous choisissez le quartier de l’Hermitage pour quelques nuits, allez plutôt au Kenzi Rose juste à côté (j’ai visité et la différence à mon avis vaut le coup. "

"Really enjoyed my 4 night stay at the hotel. The room allocated was huge, comfortable, clean and with a lovely outlook. All of the staff were 1st class, friendly, helpful and very professional. I used the swimming pool area and gym and both were very good. The breakfasts provided by the hotel were very good with hot and cold options available. The area around the hotel is safe and there are plenty of dining out options if you don’t want to stay in the hotel. The main tourist sites in Marrakesh are all within 15/20 mins walk of the hotel. If I ever return to Marrakesh I would definitely stay at the hotel again."
