「Great place to stay. Very clean. The communication about how to get access to the property was so clear and helpful. Basic bedding, cleaning supplies, bathroom supplies, spices were provided. Convenient to walk to the train station and there were some shopping places nearby, including a grocery store.」

「Original room was outdated and felt like a 3star. I returned back to the hotel on the tour and the room was better but air cond was limited and beds were comfortable. Some communication issues with staff. Breakfast was great, gym had adequate, new machines. Limited food options.」

「What a hidden jewel! The rooms were spacious and very clean. The staff, Ahmed and Kareena were exceptionally good. They made things easy for tourists by calling good and reliable cab drivers. We loved our 2 nights stay at the Riad El hara. Highly recommend this place.」

「We loved the staff - very friendly! The breakfast was amazing and the beds are very comfortable. The area is also a great location as it is quiet but within 15-20 minute walk of the busy areas. The vibe and ambience is also very nice…….we would stay there again if we return to Marrakech.」

「Een net hotel met schone kamers. Het personeel was vriendelijk. Ontbijt was prima. De kamers zijn koel door de airco. Een mooi zwembad met ligstoelen en dakterras om gezellig te zitten. De ligging is perfect. Zo’n 20 minuten lopen naar djemaa el fna en dichtbij heel veel restaurants en winkels.」

「Beautiful hotel. The staff are all really friendly and helpful. Our suite (Oriental Suite) was huge and very well appointed, very comfortable and considered for travellers. The pool is heaven-sent after a long hot day exploring, although it’s very quiet (maybe a good or bad thing depending on your preference for atmosphere). The food at the hotel is ok - not the best or worst we had in Morocco, but it’s good enough. Good location just outside of the Medina for a quick 50Dh taxi ride to most...

「Very close to a large shopping mall」

「位置位於新城，周邊環境稍靜比老城整潔，但附近沒有什麼餐廳，向火車站方向走10分鐘左右會有幾家不錯的餐廳。走去麥地那大概15分鐘，去廣場大約20分鐘。房間較大，Dar比Raid更偏向酒店式，沒有異味，隔音也好很多。但我們前兩晚住的房間熱水不熱，空調也壞了晚上有點冷，酒店在最後一晚主動幫我們換了房間，熱水和空調問題都解決了。早餐是摩洛哥水準，基本每頓都是吃差不多的東西，餐廳的小塔樓有成為網紅潛質」

「Hôtel 5 étoiles confirmé,magnifique de part ses prestations et design,propre et agréable,personnel au petit soin toute en respectant votre séjour,très calme du lundi au vendredi mais attention le week end !petit déjeuner exceptionnel varié, crèche pour enfants,la touche finale des paon qui se promènent en liberté très apprécié et thérapeutique,spa un peu cher à mon goût.」
