「The Vittoria team were great. Very helpful and loved the room and its location. If i come back I will stay at Vittoria guest house again!」

「Karima was the perfect host and we were treated so well each day. The kids loved every moment. It was perfect for our family and the location is great too. We had an early morning pick up back to the airport (2:45am!) and the night staff made sure we were packed and had a little treat to go so we wouldn't be struggling before shops opened. Every detail was so thoughtful by everyone there - thank you all!」

「Excellent experience all around. Would sincerely recommend」

「Clean, good location, very nice and friendly staff.」

「It’s a very charming place with terrific amenities. The restaurant is fantastic. All the food is very good & has different musicians every day. The property is very peaceful & pretty. A little old in the rooms. Could use better mattress & a bit of updates on furniture. But it’s a great place to be. A bit far from Medina, but you can hear the birds signing, so it’s very quiet & serene.」

「Le service」

「The main building of the property, the gardens and the restaurants are all very well maintained. It feels like an oasis in the desert. The room we stayed in was a Ksar and the layout is well suited to a family. The quality of food and beverages were certainly up to standard. We tried two of the restaurants and they were both very good in terms of quality. The gym and spa were great. The areas that require attention: The service. We just found this to be very mixed. Sometimes it was attentive,...

「Property is here unique but you need a travel guide to help you find the property very difficult to find very dark at night to navigate and they tried your additional fees before you leave. They never tell you in the beginning when you book with Expedia it says you pay no more fees and then when you’re leaving, they tell you you owe them a certain amount.」

「Excellent staff and very good place」

「😍」

「Great staff, convenient location, but the building needs to be better maintained.」
