「Room was clean but smoke alarm was hanging from the ceiling so check your rooms for maintenance. Staff was very friendly and helpful at desk. Housekeeping did knock and try to enter our room before I could answer the door at 10am, an hour before checkout, so educate them to let us answer. It takes 15 seconds, not 3. A do not disturb sign would have helped. Otherwise it's a nice place.」

「This is our second time staying here. It feels like a 5 star hotel. The details in the decor are unique and well designed. The bed and bedding is comfortable. I love the lobby, large and spacious with lots of seating options for gatherings small or large. Great restaurant, Proudfoot and Bird with a bar that has great happy hour from 2-6 daily. The happy hour has great food options, not so much for drinks on special. The HOBNob restaurant for breakfast is ok, but service there is slow. Will...

「看起来酒店有很多年的历史，被子有点旧，这几天很冷没有暖气，前台工作人员告诉我们没有暖气，但是她们提供了毛毯，酒店大堂的水流声真的很吵闹，好在隔音还不错，早餐只供应到9点，唯一的热食只有芙蓉蛋，我起床时间比较晚，8点55分到达餐厅的时候，只来的及点了一份芙蓉蛋和一杯果汁，然后她们开始收拾关闭早餐，也没有咨询我是否还需要更多的食物，因为她们准备关闭早餐供应。整体来说，性价比一般，不值得你花费180美金住宿一晚。」
