"The hotel is an updated older building. You can tell they are making an effort to update it, but I was told there are rooms they haven't gotten to yet. Mine was one of them, but even so it was still fine. The room was clean but had a little bit of a smell that I got used to. The ac was kind of loud, but the room cooled off quickly. The location felt safe. The 3 staff I interacted with were all very friendly. I stayed here a year ago and would have given a similar review then. Its a good value for the price."

"The highlight of this Hilton was the staff-all very helpful, friendly, and professional. The breakfast attendant, Michelle, was delightful and kind. The breakfast was standard but lots of options so easy to accommodate different tastes. Overall, I’d stay again as it was a good value for what you get. I used to travel for work and Hampton Inns were my go-to. This facility had lots of wear and tear which was not like other Hamptons I had stayed at previously. It was a large Amir t of small things rusty faucets, algae on the walls in the pool, excess caulk around the baseboards, small holes in the walls, and stains on the fabric headboards, chipped paint, archaic window blinds, cheap furniture that was too big for the small rooms, etc.) that just made it feel run down."

"We will start with the room. It was not cleaned. Blankets had stains, crumbs on the phone. Speaking of phone. The phone didn’t work found that out around midnight when we woke up and it was 80 degrees and our AC stopped working. Went down to the desk was handed batteries to change them myself. Fan in bathroom ran non stop sounds like the blades were going to rip out of the wall. Breakfast my daughter was eating her eggs and pulled out paper. Never again and not worth 500 for 2 nights. "

"Someone Stole My Loafers Microwave Didnt Spin, Staff At Counter Dave Worked Sunday Evening Made Me Pay For An Extra Waterpark Pass Because I Booked Thru A 3rd Party So I Wouldn’t Recommend Booking That Way, Prices Were The Same. Room Wasn’t Clean Smelled Like Dog. O And Maintanence Woke Me And My Family Up At 7am So Loud And I Think He Took Loafers. Btw No Good Movie Channels Nor Netflix Smh"
