「不是酒店，只是一間民宿。床是ok的，我要求加床，但只提供薄軟地蓆(floor Mattress)而不是摺床(roll away bed)。我訂的房是Classic Apartment, 而只給我的房間是 Luxury Condo, 因我們三人都是成年人，一起在一間細房間睡眠就很不方便。Google map 顯示的位置很錯，使我們的司機也不知怎樣到達。網站上顯示的多張圖片有誤導。這只是一間度宿一宵的Apartment.」

「Surprisingly big unit and in a good location. Bed was comfy and bathroom spacious. Car park was very convenient. Quite well equipped with iron and ironing board, hair dryer, microwave etc. 」

「出差時住在這裡，因為距離MITEC很近所以覺得很方便。是同一棟樓里有不同酒店的構造，Ami這一家是公寓式的，樓層比較高，所以除了房間很大很寬敞以外，還可以從落地窗遠眺。 但同時因為很高所以每次電梯都要等很久，可能是因為會展期間入住率比價高的關係。會展第一天的早餐餐廳也是需要排隊，後面幾天好很多，餐食也算不錯。 櫃檯是一個獨立空間，期間因為打印還有房間電燈問題和員工通過WhatsApp聯絡也都很順暢，維修和對應的速度都很快。 只是從這邊去KLCC區域的話會比較遠，周圍除了會展中心裡面的一些店鋪也沒有餐廳，走到最近的mall也有一定距離，建議提前下好grab做好打車的準備。 不過酒店下面的便利店（超商？）東西很齊全很方便，可以滿足日常需求沒有問題。」

「モール内に繋がっていたので、出てすぐにスーパーやレストランに行けるのは良かった。 シャワーの温度が緩いのと、タオルがバスタオルしかなかったのでフェイスタオルサイズや、タオル掛けがあればもっと良かったと思う。」

「Overall a nice little place to stay, everything is nice and comfortable. But I find the deposit way too high, and I didn’t get my deposit back on the day I checked out as the cleaner wasn’t available. While I appreciate the effort to pay part of my deposit, this was my least favourite aspect of my stay.」

The condition of the accommodation was unacceptably poor—far from what I had anticipated. The place lacked any reception, which was not clearly stated in the hotel listing. I received no prior communication regarding these discrepancies by Expedia. Check-in Complications: No clear check-in instructions were provided when I made the reservation.
