Perfect family staycation

A very cosy and great hotel. Purchased for a king studio, but was upgraded to family suites with no add charges. Very friendly staff and helpful. We really had a very pleasant stay.

It was a pleasant stay. This is my repeated stay as easy to find restaurants or coffee shops. Also, convenient stores are nearby. Safe place although traffic could be heavy during peak hours so needs to take precaution when crossing the roads.

Clean and comfortable stay!

spacious room, clean and smell good. The bed is comfy with both soft and hard pillows. Lobby is rather small with limited seating but it doesn’t bother me. Breakfast selection is simple as it is an express hotel. The room was tidied up everyday during my stay. Location of the hotel is superb!

The room was a suite. The only drawback was the noise since my room was on the 2nd floor adjacent to the expressway. Great location. Plenty of restaurants and malls next to the hotel. I highly recommend for anyone not needing to stay in KLCC.

This is a great location. Lots of eateries and good food. The Jin Xuan Restuarant nearby has very good Tim Sum. The room is comfortable. I like the space. There are two aircon units which is great for hot weather in Malaysia. There are 2 TVs which is unexpected. The bed is comfortable. The cleanliness could be improved. Example the tap had soap marks when I checked in. The hair dryer coil was very dusty. The wooden floor was a little bit sticky on first day. It would be better if bedroom slippers can be provided. Overall, I enjoyed the stay.
