「We absolutely loved our stay here. The hotel and facilities are beautiful. The staff went above and beyond. Thank you all so very much. We can’t wait to stay again, when we are next in England. 」

「Clean, equipped with everything you need for a short stay and everything worked. However, it was noisy, at least the room faced towards the busy street. You could hear every single car through the closed window, someone's car alarm sounded in the middle of the night. Next time the house undergoes a refurbishment they ought to put another layer of windows at this room. 」

Not to mention that I had to wait outside for nearly an hour and a half as someone else had taken my room and I had not been given any information on how to enter the property keys, et cetera.
