「It was 11 o'clock in the evening, and someone on the 4th floor was constantly making loud noises and stomping on the floor, I live in 3 floor, I try to sleep, but it is hard because it is loud. I have stayed here at least five times and was very disappointed this time.」

「We had a nice stay. The view of the Hood Canal was amazing. The common area had lots of games, pool table and DVDs. The Jacuzzi was very clean. It was a little noisy being right by the Highway but overall it was a very pleasant stay!」

「The first room provided had a smoke smell. We had to take all are luggage back to the first floor front desk. We changed rooms. There is a swimming pool but in the Winter, we enjoy the spa but they didnt provide it. My son was cold so he wanted to take a bath but the water stopper was broken. Staff tried to fix it but she said tomorrow at 7 am people could come to fix it or we could change rooms again. We do not appreciate the service but we did not want to change rooms again.
