「This was the worst and most disappointing experience I have had as a Hilton Honors member. I informed the staff that the room felt dirty, but they dismissed my concern. They told me that because I reported the issue more than an hour after check-in, they would need to take pictures and send them to the manager before doing anything. 「Everything about the property was fine, but in the room, not so much. When the sheets were pulled down on one of the beds, there was a spot of blood on the sheets. And old food had been left in the microwave. These problems were raised at the desk and to our delight, the room was comped!」
