The only downside was a hair in the bed (unfortunately not a sign of perfect hygiene, but I understand that can happen) and the shower head wasn't perfectly stable. 「Lovely room, close to the lively street but still very safe. Hosts were very friendly and easy to contact. 」

「This was a fantastic place to stay. Beautiful inside with lots of room. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen and laundry were priceless and the location to the train station was about 15 min. The property managers were excellent. Would recommend this for any traveler to London! 」

I had an issue and reported but the first response I got was that the office is closed for the day without taking time to understand the issues. It took a sense of persistence for the person to now render the desired help. 」
