However, I encountered a significant issue with parking that I feel compelled to mention. When I reserved the room through Expedia, I had specifically paid for parking, only to find out upon arrival that they exclusively offered valet service, which incurred an additional $25 charge. This was misleading and quite disappointing, as I expected a seamless parking experience based on my reservation. While this miscommunication reflects poorly on Expedia, it did not overshadow the overall excellence of my experience at the hotel. The hospitality and quality of the property truly stand out, and I would recommend it to others despite the parking issue. "

"The lighting is poor. The beds are too low and the toilet is too low. I think y’all need to realize older people can afford these suites and you need to have them to accommodate us as well."
