Property appears to be in need of renovation and updated maintenance. Stairs difficult without a working elevator. No ability to lock the sliding doors to ground level balcony. 「It was a very romantic intimate stay. Paul the driver is very professional and made sure all our transportation was taken care of. Go to Maho beach and Nowhere special for live music and drinks. The room was fully equipped with a kitchen the housekeeping came every day. The only complaint was the smell from the sea moss from dawn beach but apparently it’s normal this time of year. 」

「主人熱情好客，可以提供各種旅遊景點、餐廳、停車場等訊息。飯店本身就臨近 Simpson Bay 海灘，如果不想跑遠的話，飯店有提供免費的沙灘椅 & 陽傘。在聖馬丁島最重要的就是沙灘行程，飯店基本上隨時準備 4 條以上的乾淨沙灘巾在房內，隨時出去玩回來都可以換用，非常貼心。」

「I loved how small and intimate it was. I enjoyed all the little details in the open air lounge area and enjoyed the pool and lounge chairs. The vegetation on the property was also gorgeous. Our room had a stunning view of Pinel Island and we used the boutique’s kayaks (10 euro per person) for an easy trip over there (less than 15 minutes).
