"I WAS NEVER CHECKED IN OR HELPED BY STAFF. THEY NEVER SHOWED UP. I stood in the rain from 9:50p-10:20p at night and there was only a sign on the door saying to call the phone number 541-469-2161 and the phone went immediately to voicemail and I was never contacted back. I also messaged directly through Expedia and never received any response. I have a call log showing 5 attempted calls over 5-6 hours, and never was contacted or assisted. I ended up leaving and booking another room at a different hotel. This was the worst experience and lack of help from EXPEDIA OR BLUE COAST INN. Nobody refunded me so I paid for nothing."

"This motel is a 5 minute walk to the ocean. It was very quiet, clean and well appointed with comfortable beds. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. I just really enjoyed my stay there and will stay there again when I am in the area."
