「We arrived there early and asked the staff if we could leave our luggage there and come back for check-in later. Every hotel we booked through Expedia and used, no issues for leaving the luggage either before checking in or checking out but we were asked to pay extra fee to allow for early check-in and leave the luggage there which we agreed and paid. Room was not good at all. Water wasn't draining from the sink. Air-conditioner not cooling the room. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone...

「Staff were amazing. The breakfast was delicious, with so many choices. Massage was amazing. If you are a light sleeper ask for one of the back rooms. We had to move as the noise from the clubs over the road made it hard to sleep. You cannot hear anything in the back rooms. Everything else was perfect.」

「It was my first time staying at this hotel and I absolutely loved it. The staff were incredibly helpful and very knowledgeable about nearby tourist attracts, markets, etc. The staff even went so far as to help load my senior family members into our taxis. The hotel was very well kept; hotel amenities and services were excellent! I definitely look forward to returning to this hotel.」

「This is a great location if you’re wandering around Hanoi in the day! Some neighboring streets are super touristy, but with the right left and right turns, the area is equally packed with locals. It’s a nice hotel but very basic facilities; essentially, just a room with an en-suite! We booked deluxe and it was still quite basic, so keep that in mind if you’re going for an even more basic room option! 」
