The room was spacious with a small kitchenette and very clean. There was a large LCD TV loaded with the common entertainment apps and a sofa fit for 2. The bathroom is modern with an electrically operated bidet. And important in cold weather, loads of hot water. We seldom saw the house keeping staff as we were usually out in the mornings, Nevertheless the rooms were always clean and tidy on our return. We had restful nights in this clean and quiet room. Our main contact was with Mr Ling. He was there on the first day for our check in and remained in contact on WhatsApp for anything needed. We appreciated his responsive and efficient attention to requests made. Not forgetting all the security uncles we met there they really were very attentive and considerate running to press the lift and helping to carry stuffs. A great place that I would return to in my next trip to Hanoi.
