年末年始だったせいか、フロントはライブハウスのようにバンド演奏していたり、一日中照明をピカピカしたり、スタッフが居ないなどフロントのテイをなしていなかった。繋がっている隣の旅行会社に人がいて、そこがフロントにもなっているんだろうが、初めて到着すると、ホテルがどこなのか判りずらい。4階に泊まっていたのにライブの音楽は聴こえてたので下の階はもっとうるさいだろう。

値段が値段なので仕方ないでしょう。 お世辞にも綺麗とは言えません。 エクストラで支払っていたにもかかわらず 部屋が用意されていないからと、 1人で利用できるにしても、 ドミトリーの部屋に通されて 初日に二段ベッドで寝ることに なったのはショックでした。 夜はクラブのように騒がしいので、 低層階だと辛いかもしれません。 写真とはかけ離れてることを覚悟することは 大事かもしれません。 ただ値段が安いので、文句はありません。

생각보다 괜찮았습니다.

시장 번화가에 있어서 밤에 도착한 저희들은 좀 놀랬습니다. 1층이 술집이고 2층부터 숙소입니다. 술 먹는 사람들이 있어서 아이들을 데리고 간 저희들은 당황했습니다. 근데 3층 방에 들어가니 주변 분위기 때문에 시끄러울 줄 알았더니 그렇지 않았고 직원분도 친절하셔서 좋았습니다. 조식도 생각보다 괜찮게 나와서 다행이었습니다. 가족들과 오는 것보다는 친구들과 오는게 더 나을 것 같아요.

とてもよかった。

ドミトリーに宿泊しましたが、とても快適に 過ごせました。 ベッドはカーテンのついてるプライバシーが 保たれるタイプ。 リネン類はとても清潔でした。 大型のロッカーが部屋に備え付けられて いるので、大きな荷物を持っていても 安心です。 しかも、朝食をわずかなお金でつけられるのですが、 （日本円で数十円） その金額で本当に良いのか？と思えるほどの 豪華さで、一般ホテルの朝食ブッフェばりの 内容に感動しました。 （バックパッカーな自分には感動ものでした。） ただ一つ、難点を挙げるとすれば、 部屋が上階にあり、エレベーターなどが 無いために、急な階段を登るのに苦労したことですら 場所が旧市街の真ん中にあり、騒音を心配しま したが、部屋の中の音はしずかで、眠りを妨げる ような事は一切ありませんでした。 フロントのスタッフも皆親切で、 よかったです。 値段も安いし、今後もここ一択になりそうです。

In the heart of touristic/backpacker old town, bars etc. close; inside the building it’s noisy at nights, the promised city view ended at a concrete wall one meter behind the window. Not to mention that there wasnt a balcony to be found as originally booked.So the room was dark. Included breakfast underwhelming.

in the middle of beer street so it would be ok if u just wanna crash in being drunk. otherwise, run away it's the creepest room I ever stayed in with doom lights and weired noises. beware theres no elevator but steep stairs which makes even frustrating.

Clean but not great service

The staff did not inform me upon check in that breakfast would be cut short the following morning. Rolled out of bed and walked down 5 flights to find out I had to go back up, shower and find food. Not the worse news but it’s the small stuff like this that separates hostels. The bunks are super nice, locker seemed somewhat secure, power outlet and lamp at each bed are a bonus. The place is super clean and the same goes for the bathroom. Free soap is awesome as well. Breakfast sucked the 2nd day when I got it

The staff was great but, appart from the manager who perfectly speak english, you have to make sure they understand you or it can lead to some unexpected situations. Nevertheless, they are always happy to help you with everything you might need or with your travel plans. The area is very nice with many bars and restaurants and has a great nightlife around.

ホアンキエム湖北岸まで徒歩5分 周辺はツーリスティックな通りの真中です。朝から晩まで賑わっています。コンビニも現地の飯屋も外人バーも一杯あります。 自分・嫁・子供(4歳) で宿泊しましたが、特に十分です。 強いて言うなら、朝食が普通です。どーせ、毎食 外に食べに出てたんで関係ないですが。 カオサンを使っていたパッカー世代なら十分すぎます。
