Love the place! A little bit far from the city but you could always call a Grab or taxi. They have free laundry service and return your clothes in the same day. The guard is very nice if you’re able to converse with him in Vietnamese

門限があるのが少しだけ面倒だった 事務員の方がオススメの場所など教えてくれたり、レンタルバイクの貸し出しもあったり、部屋がそこそこ綺麗だったのが良かった。

兩點非常不好： 1.預定房型與實際不同，原預定兩房一廳公寓，到現場後給我們兩間ㄧ房一廳的房型！ 2.該公寓集團於河內有10間公寓，我們抵達時才告知分配到另一家公寓，check in等了半小時，才叫到Taxi送我們去入住的公寓，還要自己付Taxi費用，我們從機場叫了接送，又大包小包的搬來搬去，製造超多麻煩！ 有詐騙的嫌疑... 出國旅遊，開心重要也就不追究了...

호텔같을거란 기대없다면 추천함.

아파트먼트라 호텔같은 청결은 기대하면 금물. 그냥 민박 묵는다고 생각하면 편함. 청소 이틀에 한번이고 수건도 이틀에 1인당 한장임. 나중에 보니 청소 안되어있고 수건도 안주길래 당황했음. 넓은 창이 좋아서 스튜디오 예약하고 요청사항에 욕조있는 곳 달랬는데 무시하고 호스트 맘대로 욕조없는 원베드룸 방 배정. 영어 일어 한국어도 된다고 상세 페이지엔 적혀있는데 호스트가 베트남어 외엔 말 못함. 친구랑 방문제로 통화했는데 너무 심하게 영어 못해서 의사소통 불가로 그냥 준 방 그대로 씀. 3박 예약했는데 막날 새벽 뱅기라 미리 관리인에게 번역기로 그 때 체크아웃 할거라고 했는데 밤 12시쯤 나가니 아파트 입구 셔터문 닫혀있어 황당. 문 두들기니 다행스럽게도 관리인아저씨 방이 근처라 일어나서 문 열어주셔서 뱅기탈 수 있었음. 좋은점은 식기도구 있어 근처 인티맥스슈퍼에서 먹을 거 사서 먹을 수 있고 정수기 있음. 1층 플라워커피는 절대 가지 말고 도보3분 거리에 커피숍이 현지 분위기에 원두도 좋아 추천. 피베리커피가 천원밖에 안 함. 막날 알아서 눈물 흘렸음. 매일 출첵했을건데..ㅜㅠ 골목길 가다보면 펍 같은 곳이 있는데 아침 점심 반미도 팜. 맛있음. 반미25는 반미도 아님. 2천원짜리 비프커리반미는 천상의 맛. 이틀 출첵했음. 매일 가고푸다ㅜㅜㅜㅜ 관광이 아니라 산책하는 느낌으로 하노이 와서 그 근처 동네 둘러보고 동네 시장가고 했는데 그런 이유로 온 거라면 여기 추천함. 관광이라면 올드타운쪽으로 가세요. 올드타운에서 여기까지 그랩택시로 72000동 정도 나옴.

후기에서도 봤지만 스탭 대응이 부족합니다. 분명 욕조 있는 룸을 예약 했는데 모두 수리중이라는 답변을 받았습니다.10시 이후로는 밖에 나갈 수 없습니다. 그랩 이용시 기사가 엄한 곳에 내려줍니다. 꼭 지도로 경로 확인 후 위치를 알려줘야 합니다. 금연룸을 요청했는데 흡연룸이 제공 됐습니다!! 룸은 대체로 깔끔합니다.

The location was nice. The property manager that lives on site was extremely nice. The only issue is that they lock the gate to enter the building and the only way to get in during late night hours is to knock and pretty much wake up the property manager. This is not a big problem but we felt bad waking him up. Also, I paid for a 2 bedroom unit but we ended up getting a 1 bedroom. This wasn't that big of a deal because there were only 2 of us. But if we were a bigger group it would have not been so good.

We booked a family 2 bedroom apparment, but once we reach the residence we found out that there was no 2 bedrooms appartment, all under maintenance, instead we had to stay in 2 separete one bedroom appartments. This was the major disappointment, since we are with 2 kids. The coffee shop on the ground floor do not surve any snacks or sandwishes, only hot/cold drinks, and the staff of the residence do not know the area around or can talk english, to show where we could have a simple breakfast. The city center will take around 40 minutes to reach, due to traffic irrelevent of the time.

The building from outside looks great. The appartment almost look new, very clean and you got enough space. The staff are very helpfull. One small comment , the shower enclosure could be longer, so the water can not spatter all the directions. It is close to airport , (approx 25 min, depend on the traffic.) , very easy to go the city. Book this appartment two times beforeb. Next time when i visit Ha Noi , i will book this appartment for sure !

Close to main road and airport. But it’s quite hard to find because it’s located in a lane way. Check in took a while because There isn’t a reception you could approach or call. The security person was responsible for checking in and helping us bring our luggage upstairs. Otherwise, a very clean and modern space. We were quite comfortable in our short stay.
